		<description>Andy, I sent your article out to the teams i am scrummmaster for, and to our management team.
As per usual Management buried there head in the sand wondering how else they would justify their jobs. 1 team member replied, with regard to task estimates, this is a constant debate, and as scrummaster i generally stick to the rules as per Ken Schwaber due to thae fact that we in tenerife are not in a market place where it is easy to hire conciensous professionals that &#039;care&#039; for their code and thus need &#039;help&#039; with their &#039;self management&#039;, but i would be grateful for your thoughts on the comment below:

 This is the number one reason why I&#039;m against hours in Scrum.

I believe it&#039;s an issue of man management and teamwork. I still firmly believe that the hours is the beginning of the erosion of everything Agile in Scrum.

Kill *all* metrics. The *only* thing that counts is the deliverable.

I&#039;m kinda pissing in the wind on this one though. I know I&#039;m right however :)
